It was so bloody hot down in the valley that we decided to go up in the mountains to cool off and enjoy the evening and to let our dogs run wild. We went up Provo Canyon and found a beautiful park. We took our favorite dinner...monster mushroom burgers from Carl's Jr. Mmm..Mmm...Mmm...Good! And had a picnic and enjoyed the cool canyon weather. We went for a walk around the park and over to the river. Our dogs were just running out of control, especially Gizmo, that boy cannot be trusted off a leash :-) He has very selective hearing when he is turned loose and by selective I mean none! We all crossed the river and can I just say that water is beyond cold, as you can see from my picture above. We had a very nice relaxing evening and look forward to another adventure.
